Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Yes, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! Please see our Return Policy page for information regarding returns.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
After payment has been received, your items will be shipped out within three business days and we will always try to ship sooner! Length of time for delivery will depend on which zone/country you live in. We will provide tracking information for your convenience.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping will depend on the dollar amount of your purcase and by which method you choose (standard or express) and the country you live in. Please see our shipping section for more detailed information. We ship via USPS. If you have special ship requests, please contact us and we'll try to accommodate as best as possible!
What methods of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Paypal only for credit card payments. You do not need to sign up for a paypal account to use your credit card. You are welcome to use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards through the paypal checkout. We will also accept certified checks and money orders, but this will delay shipping.

Do you charge sales tax?
Only to MI residents. 6% sales tax will apply.
What's so great about squeaky shoes?
They're just plain fun! Squeaky shoes have a little squeaker in them that sounds off with every step, similar to a cat or dog toy. Babies love this sound and get excited when they realize their own movement is creating the noise. You'll both get quite a kick out of it! An added bonus: If they wander off, you'll know where to find them. Follow your ears...
Are squeaky shoes safe?
WARNING - USE WITH PRACTICALITY AND CAUTION! As with everything fun in life, there is a need for practical sense... DO NOT leave child unattended in squeakys! DO NOT let child chew on shoes near squeaker. DO NOT pull squeakers out and put them back in as a method of "temporarily quieting them! This can compromise the tightness of the rubber and the squeaker could become loose and fall out onto the floor where your baby can get a hold of it! This can now become a choking hazard!!! To temporarily quiet the shoes, just put some tape over the squeaker to stop the air-flow. If you and your baby outgrow the novelty, you can then remove the squeakers permanently and still have a fabulous pair of shoes!

Will the squeaker drive me crazy? Can I take it out if I want?
You can, although they are glued in for your protection. The little plastic squeaker could be a choking hazard if it were to fall out and be picked up by your child. We recommend you put a little piece of tape over the hole and this will accomplish the same thing. If a squeaker becomes loose, remove it to be safe. They'll still be great shoes!
What is the difference between US and European sizing?
In general, European shoes sometimes run a little shorter and wider than their US counterpart. But this is not always the case. There is some fluctuation between different manufacturers. Please see our sizing chart for help determining which size will be best for your child. Measuring your child's foot can also save time and money in return/exchange shipping fees!
Will you ever carry anything other than shoes?
Yes, we already do! Check out our music section for great children's CDs. We plan to stretch out into apparel and other accessories ASAP! Please visit our site often for new arrivals!
Do you ship internationally?
At present, we ship only to the US and Canada.
