Return Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.

We understand that things may not always be as you expect, or shoes may not fit your child they way you'd like. We are happy to refund or exchange product under these conditions:

-We will accept returns/exchanges if contacted within one week from date of receipt. Product must be received back w/in 14 days.

-We will only accept returns/exchanges that are pre-arranged and approved by us.

-We will not accept back product that is obviously worn or damaged in any way.

-We will offer an insurance option in advance of shipment. Without it, damage that occurs in shipping will be your responsibility.

-Shipping charges are non-refundable. Product being returned for exchange or refund will be shipped at customer expense.

-Sale merchansise may be returned for in-store credit only or f

or another size if we have it in stock. Please note that some merchandise may not be returnable and will be marked accordingly.
